The following policies have been adopted to protect both the designer and client. Please read these policies and if anything is unclear, please contact me.
All projects have a unique turnaround times – your turnaround time will be provided at the time of estimation.
Deposit policy: Any project estimated over $200 requires 50% deposit either by PayPal or cash. Some projects may require entire payment before starting of project. Any projects that contain printing must be paid in full before being sent to press. All projects must be paid in full before receipt of high resolution/final files.
General design proof policy: All projects must be approved by client via proofing process. Most print projects have one revision for text/copy/content and up to two revisions for design ideas (aka color, font choices, location of content, etc). Once a proof has been approved and the project has been paid in full, the client will receive the high resolution files.
Print design policy: All printing projects require approval of low resolution proof sent by email. Upon payment of project in full and approval of proofs, high resolution, print ready files will be available for download via web link or email. Layered/editable copies of the files are not included – please contact me for rates to have the editable files for your usage.
JohnGregoryDesign.com is not responsible for variance in color from on screen proof to physical print or any errors that occur during the printing process – unless JohnGregoryDesign.com is the printer of the product. In the case of printing error on the part of JohnGregoryDesigns.com, the product will be reprinted and expedited.
Web design policy: All web design projects require 50% deposit and completion of an intake form that will provide all of the information needed to begin project. Web design projects will have unique turnaround times that will be agreed upon time of deposit. All copy and graphics provided are used as is – please thoroughly verify spelling, punctuation, grammar and correctness of information before submitting.
